NEED A MEDICAL DOCUMENT? LEARN HOW

A Medical Document is similar to a prescription issued by a Licensed Healthcare Practitioner which authorizes a patient to consume medical cannabis. All patients require a Medical Document to purchase cannabis from a Licensed Medical Market. The Medical Document will outline the recommended dosage and method of ingestion for a specific patient's needs. It can be used to further guide the Patient Care Advisor on the appropriate form of medical cannabis for you.
